Field Operations Supervisor

The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for expanding Ruma's branch operations. During the first three months the field operations supervisor will work closely with Ruma's Operations Manager to update the Standard Operating Procedure for Ruma's field operations. Ruma currently manages 40 field officers which handle over 8,000 agents in rural West Java. The ideal candidate for the position would be someone with experience in retail product distribution/sales with a consumer goods or cigarette company. The candidate should have experience managing quotas, targets, fraud prevention, and customer service.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Sales and Distribution for a consumer product
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa
  • Undergraduate degree from top institution
  • Experience working with cellular products a plus
