Consulting Skills Training Development
Location: Washington DC
One volunteer to design a consulting skills training module for all Grameen Foundation employees, consultants and volunteers that raises the capability of participants to engage with clients and potential clients from a participatory, collaborative, knowledge transfer perspective.
Course design can be done remotely; pilot should be conducted at GF headquarters in Washington DC. Follow-up on TOT will be conducted in DC and Seattle (TBD). The course design should take approximately five days, while the training course itself should run one to one and a half days in length. Two days will be allotted for the pilot, as well as two days for each TOT session.
He/she should have a Masters in Organization Development, 5+ years of demonstrated consulting experience utilizing a process facilitation, knowledge transfer perspective. Instructional design experience helpful. Could come from a private-sector organization, typically in the HR/OD or Learning & Development area.
