Monitoring & Evaluation
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 3 days/wk (20 hours) for 16 - 20 weeks
1 - 2 volunteers to work on:
- Thoroughly study and understand the SEEP FRAME Tool which is now the standardized format for reporting by GF partners
- Study and understand partner performance reports through key indicators analyzed in the trend and variance analyses and assist Financial Analysts with financial analysis tasks in respect of partner performance
- Carry out and prepare qualitative reports of financial analysis of quarterly MFI reports including ratio analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis and general monitoring of MFI performance
- Prepare bar and line charts as necessary to illustrate and give clear and better impression of the performance through analysis
- Familiarize with GF Strategic Goals and updates presented by M&E at the Quarterly Review Forum and prepare the updates to the current quarter under review.
- Assist M&E in preparations for the Quarterly Review Forum
The Volunteer should have some experience or knowledge and interest in measuring & understanding the work, performance and impact of microfinance institutions.
