Program Manager/ Database Developer:
Location: Seattle preferred, but anywhere in US
Duration: 4 weeks
1 volunteer to create a content management database, to serve the needs of the Village Phone Direct program.

Sharepoint:
Location:
Washington, DC [preferred]
Duration: 20 hours a week over 8-14 weeks
1 -2 volunteers skilled in SharePoint to develop automated process work flows, create forms (using InfoPath and/or SharePoint Designer) and migrate paper/manual processes to an automated platform. Requires knowledge of SharePoint 2007, InfoPath and Designer. Project and process a plus.

Knowledge Management for Intranet:
Location: Washington, DC [preferred]
Duration: 5 days/wk or 20-40 hours over 12-16 weeks
2-4 volunteers to catalog, evaluate and confirm the Technology Center and the Geographic Program server files prior to SharePoint migration. Team would develop an approach, work with stakeholders to identify which information is necessary for future work, and formulate a migration plan. Moreover, team would identify "leading class" documents, flag those which are reference/information, proposals, and those which are duplicates.
