Ruma is expanding quickly and is looking for an experienced HR professional that can fill it's recruiting pipeline through referrals, social media, and campus visits. After recruitment, the HCM is responsible for creating a training academy for Ruma's field staff based on existing field operations. The HCM manager will work directly under the CEO and will be mentored by a world-wide HR expert from the US
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Training
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa
  • Undergraduate degree from top institution
  • Experience working with sales staff is a plus
