Jennifer Drogula

Jennifer Drogula is a partner with the international law firm Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering. Her practice consists of advising U.S. and international clients in transnational business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity, and debt financings. Ms. Drogula has participated in acquisitions and financing transactions in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States and has represented private equity funds in direct investments in Latin America and Africa. Ms. Drogula received her B.A. from the University of Texas and her J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. She is admitted to the District of Columbia and New York bars.
